Data controller

Erasure: data will be deleted except where it is required to meet a legal obligation, defend legal claims or protect public interests.
Access: you will receive a copy of the personal data we hold, except for our intellectual property, trade secrets and cases that would disclose another person’s personal data.
Objection: you may object to processing at any time. Your objection will be reviewed appropriately so that your interests are not harmed.
Portability: data provided under a contract or consent will be exported in a structured, commonly used electronic format.
Human review: if you question an automated decision based on your data, an authorised person will review it.
Correction: we will update your data upon request so that outdated information does not cause you harm.
Access is limited to employees bound by confidentiality and controlled by technical and administrative safeguards. Data is not disclosed to third parties except where legally required and is protected as confidential information.
